A strategic initiative dedicated to educating and empowering women and the girl child through access to quality education, practical skills development, and leadership training, enabling them to make informed decisions, achieve economic independence, and positively impact their communities.

- Back-to-School Programs: Supporting school enrollment, retention, and academic success, alongside mentorship, leadership training, and personal development programs that empower girls to stay in school and thrive.
- STEEM Projects: Entrepreneurship and empowering girls and women with digital, entrepreneurial, and innovation skills for future careers
